Bank Jateng Supports Wonogiri Digital Transformation Through Capacity Building
Efforts to accelerate digital transformation in the Wonogiri Regency Government (Pemkab) environment continue to be pushed. One of them is through a Capacity Building activity entitled "Workshop for the Regional Digitalization Acceleration and Expansion Team (TP2DD) in the Framework of Regional Expenditure Transaction Electronification in 2025 in Wonogiri Regency", which was held on Wednesday (30/4/2025).
Bank Jateng Wonogiri Branch also took an active part in the activity. This event was attended by the Head of the Wonogiri Regency BPKAD, heads of regional government agencies and offices, the Head of the Business Development Team of the Bank Jateng Institutional and Commercial Business Division, the Head of Bank Jateng Wonogiri Branch, and the ranks of the Wonogiri Regency TP2DD Team.
The Head of Bank Jateng Wonogiri Branch, Mulyanto, in his remarks emphasized the importance of digitalization as an urgent need in the era of digital disruption and the industrial revolution 4.0.
"Regional governments have a strategic role in responding to the challenges of the times, and digitalization is a bridge to realizing a responsive, efficient, and service-oriented government," he said.
He also added that digital transformation is not enough to rely only on technological infrastructure.
"We from Bank Jateng understand that the success of digitalization does not only lie in the presence of infrastructure and technological devices, but also the readiness of human resources and supporting ecosystems. Therefore, we are very proud to be able to contribute to the journey of Wonogiri Regency's digital transformation," added Mulyanto.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Wonogiri Regency BPKAD, Moch Chozinuddin Holil, highlighted the importance of human resource readiness and cross-sector collaboration.
"The importance of human resource readiness, supporting ecosystems, and cross-sector collaboration to make the digitalization agenda a success. With the acceleration and expansion of regional digitalization, this encourages the electronification of regional government transactions so that it is expected to increase the transparency of regional financial transactions and optimize regional income. Through this Capacity Building forum, I hope that new enthusiasm, fresh ideas, and real innovation will be born from all participants," he concluded.
In the closing material session, the Head of the Business Development Team of the Institutional and Commercial Business Division of Bank Jateng, Anugrah Sigit Yanuar, appreciated the commitment of the Wonogiri Regency Government.
He said that digital transformation in Wonogiri has shown positive progress, one of which is through the development of E-TPD and the expansion of non-cash payment channels in collaboration with Bank Jateng.
This Capacity Building activity is expected to be an important momentum for accelerating digitalization in Wonogiri, as well as a real step in realizing more modern, efficient, and technology-based governance, and Bank Jateng is committed to continuing to support the acceleration of digital transformation throughout the Regency in Central Java.
