GIICOMVEC 2026 Commercial Vehicle Exhibition at JIExpo Kemayoran

Jakarta - For the fourth time, the GAIKINDO Indonesia International Commercial Vehicle Expo (GIICOMVEC) will be held at JIExpo Kemayoran (North Jakarta) from April 8 to 11, 2026. The exhibition aims to bring together businesspeople looking for commercial vehicle products such as buses, pickup trucks, and trucks.

According to Anton Kumonty, Daily Chairman and Chief Organizer of the GAIKINDO Exhibition and Conference held in Jakarta a few weeks ago, "This commercial vehicle business exhibition is being held thanks to the full support of the Ministry of Industry."

Daihatsu, DFSK, Foton, Hino, Isuzu, JAC Motor, Mitsubishi Fuso, Suzuki, Toyota, and Wuling are among the commercial vehicle brands participating. At GIICOMVEC 2026, a special area called the China Pavilion will showcase various innovations from Chinese brands. They hope GIICOMVEC 2026 will make it easier for businesses to find the right fleet for their businesses.

Anton stated, "This exhibition serves as a strategic bridge connecting the national automotive industry with potential domestic and international buyers."

The Business-to-Business (B2B) exhibition can be held at JIExpo Kemayoran due to its strategic location. According to Sri Vista Limbong, Project Director of GIICOMVEC, "This exhibition is expected to be a one-stop solution for buyers, associations, and all stakeholders, with the theme 'Indonesia's Leading Commercial Vehicle Solution Expo.'"

The GIICOMVEC 2026 exhibition is expected to attract more than 11,000 trade visitors or potential buyers from 18 industries. These include logistics, transportation, manufacturing, services, finance, mining, and energy.

On the final day, April 11, 2026, GIICOMVEC 2026 will open to the public, with a limited number of trade visitors. This will allow the public and communities to experience firsthand the various commercial vehicle innovations being implemented in Indonesia. He added, "GIICOMVEC 2026 will also feature educational programs through daily seminars discussing the latest issues, including freight transport safety."
