PO Rehobot Trans and Karoseri Tentrem Transform Front-Engine Bus with a Comfortable Cabin

Not wanting to be left behind by rear-engine buses, front-engine fleets can also feature premium cabins. This is evident in the latest fleet from PO Rehobot Trans, which uses the Avante H7 Front Engine body crafted by Karoseri Tentrem.

Originating from Kalimantan Island, PO Rehobot Trans demonstrates that front-engine buses can still offer premium cabins. They feature a spacious 1-2 seating configuration that enhances passenger comfort throughout the journey.

Equipped with a single-piece windshield, this white-bodied bus features the iconic Hornbill bird livery characteristic of Kalimantan, along with graphic lines running along the left, right, and rear sections of the body.

Inside the cabin, there is a partition at the front that separates the driver and conductor area from the passenger compartment. It helps reduce noise from the front and can also serve as a smoking area.

In the passenger cabin, there are two large LED screens on the left and right sides for entertainment during the trip, along with a mineral water dispenser for drinking and preparing coffee or instant noodles.

Additionally, every seat is equipped with a legrest, USB charging ports for passengers' phones, foldable tables, and a toilet that can be used while the bus is in motion.

Karoseri Tentrem designed PO Rehobot Trans’s new bus with a spacious luggage compartment to meet operational needs for carrying extra cargo, while maintaining strong body durability.

For the chassis, PO Rehobot Trans opted for the reliable Mercedes-Benz OF 1623 Euro 4. It is well-suited for both intercity/interprovincial (AKAP) services and tourism operations, thanks to its comfortable cabin supported by air suspension.
