Suzuki Super Carry and Every in Adventure Style Ready to Shine at Japan Truck Show 2026
Although names like Swift, Vitara, and Jimny are more familiar to global consumers, Suzuki has a different arsenal for Japan’s highly competitive domestic market.
According to Carscoops on Tuesday (12/5/2026), at the Japan Truck Show 2026 held in Yokohama, the S-logo manufacturer showcased refreshed versions of its compact kei car lineup, namely the Super Carry and Every.
These two vehicles, which usually look plain on city streets, now appear in a much tougher adventure style thanks to official accessory packages that combine rugged aesthetics with maximum functionality.
The star of the show floor is the Suzuki Super Carry X Limited, which has been modified with striking glossy black accents on several body parts, paired with matching steel wheels that emphasize an industrial look.
On the side, there are “Mountain Trail” stickers that give it an off-road identity. Technically, this mini truck is powered by a naturally aspirated 660cc engine producing 50 hp.
The power is delivered through a selectable 4WD system equipped with a differential lock — a capable specification for tackling semi-off-road terrain or muddy plantation roads.
The main attraction of this display truck is the installation of the Hard Cargo package, which was previously introduced via a concept vehicle in Tokyo. The most prominent component is the massive roof rack that extends all the way over the cargo bed.
This innovation is not just for show; it serves as a practical solution for users who frequently carry long items or hobby equipment that doesn’t fit in a standard bed.
Not to be outdone, the Suzuki Every also appears in the J Limited variant, specifically targeting outdoor lifestyle enthusiasts. It features dark-colored LED headlights, glossy black bumpers, and gunmetal wheel covers.
Unlike its truck sibling, the Every J Limited — with a body length of only about 3,395 mm — is equipped with a turbocharged 660cc engine that delivers more power, around 63 hp.
For the interior, this van comes with cargo bars along the walls of the cargo area and overhead net racks mounted on the cabin ceiling, ensuring every inch of space can be used to store camping gear or work equipment.
The most appealing aspect for Japanese consumers is the flexibility to own a vehicle with exactly the same specifications as the display units. All accessories from the Suzuki Select Plus catalog have been available to the public since the beginning of this year.
To bring home the Super Carry X Limited, customers need to spend around 1.8 million Yen, or approximately Rp 180 million. Meanwhile, the Every J Limited is priced slightly higher at 2.1 million Yen, or around Rp 213 million.
The presence of these models reinforces Suzuki’s position as a leader in the compact vehicle segment — vehicles that are not only highly practical but also possess strong design character that meets the needs of the times.
